Refund Policy

Because our items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

 

Made-to-order items

All fabrics and ribbons sold by Mabel and Roo are produced specifically for each order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.


Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.


Colour & print variation

Please note that colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the printing process. Minor variations in colour or scale do not qualify as faults.


Delivery timeframes

As all items are made to order, please allow up to 3–4 weeks for delivery. Most orders arrive sooner, but times may vary depending on demand. Delays within this timeframe are not grounds for a refund.
